It is with great sadness that we announce Michael Raymond Iriarte's call to eternal rest on June 28, 2024. Mike was born on October 22, 1979 in Huntington Beach, California where he lived with his parents and three older sisters until they moved to Pulantat, Guam. After receiving his formal education on the island of Guam, Mike moved back to Southern California where he raised his son with the same island values he learned as a child. He combined his passion for cooking and love of island culture by creating Solario, a pop-up infusion of island cuisine. He continued to keep his Chamoru roots alive by creating Hafa Box, an organization that helps families from Guam who are in need of medical referrals. Mike will always be remembered as the humorous, witty, positive, and compassionate spirit that embodied One Love. Mike will be welcomed into the gates of heaven by his maternal grandparents, Pedro G & Ling Blaz Cruz, and his patemal grandparents, Jesus D & Soledad Q Iriarte.
